Watermelon Feta Salad

Cool off this summer with a light, refreshing, and delicious salad that’s perfect for picnics, barbecues, or a simple meal at home!


  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  • Cube the watermelon into bite-sized pieces.
  • Thinly slice the red onion.
  • Chop the fresh mint leaves.
  • In a large bowl, combine the watermelon, feta cheese, red onion, and mint leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and a balsamic glaze.
  • Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Gently toss all ingredients together to combine.
