George Garrow, M.D. — Chief Executive Officer
Dr. George Garrow, M.D., is the CEO at Primary Health Network. He joined Primary Health Network in 2016 as Chief Medical Officer, overseeing patient care enhancement. He earned his medical degree from The Pennsylvania State University’s College of Medicine and completed residencies at Presbyterian/St. Luke’s Medical Center. He’s a recognized American Cancer Society Fellow from Vanderbilt University. Before his tenure with Primary Health Network, Dr. Garrow contributed to the medical field as a faculty member at Vanderbilt University Medical Center and the University of Rochester Medical Center. In 2001, he returned to his roots in Pennsylvania. His dedication to continuous learning and proficiency is highlighted by his board certifications in internal medicine, medical oncology, as well as hospice and palliative medicine.
Angela Hogue, M.D. — Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Angela Hogue is the Chief Medical Officer at Primary Health Network, having joined the organization in 2016 as the lead physician at the Greenville Community Health Center. In this role, she provided exceptional patient care and led the implementation of clinical initiatives and innovative community programs.
Dr. Hogue earned her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her family practice residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, where she excelled and served as chief resident.
Jennie Slabe — Chief Information Officer
Jennie Slabe is the Chief Information Officer at Primary Health Network, having joined the team in January 2000. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University and a Master of Health Service Administration from Strayer University in Pittsburgh, PA, which further enhances her expertise in the field.
Lillian Williams — Chief Operations Officer
Lillian Williams is the Chief Operating Officer at Primary Health Network, bringing over 28 years of experience in non-profit healthcare operations and management. She has expertise in strategic planning, operations management, program evaluation, financial management, business development, and risk and quality management.
Lillian holds a Doctorate in Healthcare Administration from Virginia University of Lynchburg, a Master’s in Health and Human Services Administration from Youngstown State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Ohio University. Additionally, she is certified in Lean Management Mastery from the University of Akron.
Carl Sizer — Chief Financial Officer
Carl Sizer is the Chief Financial Officer at Primary Health Network, joining the team in June 2017. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Tina Adamson — Chief Human Resources Officer
Tina Adamson is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Primary Health Network, having joined the team in April 2012. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Kent State University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Tina is also a certified Professional in Human Resources.
Jennifer Wise — Chief Compliance Officer
Jennifer Wise is the Chief Compliance Officer at Primary Health Network, having joined the team in September 2008. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Gannon University in Erie, PA, and is a registered nurse. Jennifer also earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University in New Orleans, LA, further enhancing her expertise.
Joe Montone — Operational Advisor
Joseph Montone holds the role of Operational Advisor at Primary Health Network, where he previously served as Chief Operating Officer. He joined the Primary Health Network team in February 2005. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Slippery Rock University in Slippery Rock, PA, and furthered his academic journey by earning a Master of Social Work degree from Marywood College in Scranton, PA. He is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, adding to his professional credentials.
