As a leading health care provider, Primary Health Network is committed to fostering a culture for both staff and patients of equity and inclusion. This means ensuring that those with disabilities have full access to our Health Center’s services and programs.

Accessibility services can be located across our health center sites at no added cost to the patient.  

Handicapped-accessible parking

Handicapped parking is available at each of our locations. If you require additional assistance or have questions, please contact your preferred Primary Health Network location.

Hearing-impaired services

Sign language interpreters are available at no charge to patients. If you require an interpreter, please let our staff know when you schedule your appointment.


All Primary Health Network locations offer wheelchair-accessible restrooms. If you have trouble finding a restroom, a staff member can assist in directing you.


Wheelchairs are located at each of our health centers. You may request a wheelchair by speaking with a staff member at your preferred Primary Health Network location.

Language Access Services

Primary Health Network offers complimentary interpretation services to ensure all patients have access to clear communication and understanding during their healthcare appointments.
