In addition to an improved user interface and enhanced access to pertinent medical information, patients will also have the ability to choose between English or Spanish-based versions of the platform.
How to Enroll
Current Portal users will need to create a new account and should expect to receive an email invitation on January 3rd, requesting enrollment.
All other patients interested in joining following the January 3rd launch should contact PHN’s WeCare Customer Support by either calling 1-866-276-7018 or emailing [email protected] to request access.
