Get To Know Our Employees | Samantha Angermeier

In today’s fast-paced business world, it can be easy to overlook the value of taking the time to get to know your employees. While it may seem like a small detail, understanding our team members on a personal level is a cornerstone of the culture here at Primary Health Network.

Let’s meet Samantha! Samantha is a current PHN employee working in our Training and Development Department as a Lead Clinical Trainer.

“I started with Primary Health Network in 2017, and from that day forward, it has been nothing short of amazing. The kindness of every person you encounter makes PHN a special place to work.

I first started with the network at the Transfer office as a health coach, providing patients with patient education as well as rooming patients, drawing blood, and performing various office-based waiver tests. I was once asked in middle school what I wanted to be when I “grew up,” and I was torn between a teacher and a nurse. Now I get to do both! In my current position at PHN as the Lead Clinical Trainer, I assist in the onboarding of the new medical assistants and nurses that get hired to work for our network, as well as day-to-day trainings, re-trainings, and everyday office duties.”

Confucius once said, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
