PHN is excited to announce that Shenandoah Health Center reopened for in-person visits on Monday, March 1, 2021. In addition to the site reopening, PHN welcomes a new provider to Shenandoah Health Center; Kelly Jo Stroede, CRNP will be providing family medicine services.
All PHN locations are still following protective measures to ensure the safety of patients and staff. Additionally, PHN continues to offer the option of telehealth appointments so patients can receive care from the comfort of home. Telehealth also eliminates certain barriers to care that may prevent patients from coming in for an appointment, such as lack of transportation or access to childcare services.
Primary Health Network is committed to providing care to the residents of Shenandoah and the surrounding area, and is thankful for the patience and understanding of the community. All patients are welcome at Shenandoah Health Center, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. As a community health center, PHN is also able to offer a sliding fee discount scale to eligible patients for many of their services.
