The Primary Health Network recognizes the value of clinical rotation opportunities in providing students with hands-on experience and essentials skills and is committed to supporting students in their educational journey.
Our experienced providers are dedicated to delivering high quality care to our patients, while also fostering a supportive environment that allows students to learn and grow as healthcare professionals.
Eligibility
- The student must be currently enrolled in a college or university that has a current and executed affiliation agreement with PHN.
- Requests should be submitted at least three months prior to the start of the rotation.
- All rotation requests are subject to approval by the Chief Medical Officer.
- Placement for rotations is not guaranteed. Rotation requests are provided on a first come first served basis.

- FBI Fingerprinting Clearance – Issued by the DOH (within the last 5 years)
- PA Child Abuse Clearance – Act 33 (within the last 5 years)
- Affiliation Agreement
- Vaccination History
- TB test (within last 2 years)
