Dr. Muggar provides psychiatric services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in August 2026. Dr. Muggar earned her medical degree from Trinity School of Medicine, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She completed her psychiatric medicine residency program at the Piedmont Macon Medical Center. She completed her child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Rainbow Babies Children’s Hospital.
