Thank You for a Great Swinging Fore Literacy Outing!

On behalf of the entire team at PHN Charitable Foundation, we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you: our sponsors, donors, volunteers, golfers, and golf course staff. You helped make the 2026 “Swinging Fore Literacy” Golf Outing our most successful yet, with $72,000 raised to support our literacy initiatives!

Thanks to your generosity, we’re continuing to expand our Little Free Library program, bringing more books to neighborhoods across our community, and growing our Reach Out & Read program. A special thank you to our Platinum Title Sponsor, Sharon American Legion Post 299. Even more exciting, your support is helping us expand our Caring for Our Neighbors program with new initiatives that support PHN employees’ education and provide direct assistance to patients and families.

Want to be part of the fun next time?

Stay tuned for information to come for our next Shamrock ‘N Run 5K Walk & Run
