- $200 per golfer
- $800 per foursome
- Limited to 32 teams
- First come, first served

- 8:30–9:30 AM – Registration & Check-In located by the putting green at Avalon at Buhl Park Golf & Country Club
- 9:45 AM – Welcome Ceremony
- 10:00 AM – Shotgun Start
- After Play – Awards Ceremony & Wing Buffet at Dum Dums

- Breakfast and beverages at check-in
- Lunch at two on-course stations

Sponsorship Deadline | September 18, 2026
Sponsorships must be confirmed by this date to ensure inclusion in event signage, printed materials, and recognition opportunities. If your sponsorship includes a golf team, early registration is strongly recommended due to limited team availability.
Golfer Information Deadline: September 11, 2026
All golfer information including players names and giveaway sizes must be submitted by this date to guarantee you receive a golfer gift in your requested size.
