MyPHN Mobile App Experience Sunsetting

Upcoming Change to the MyPHN Mobile Experience

We would like to inform you about an upcoming change to our mobile experience.
Over the coming weeks, we will be retiring PHN’s mobile app and transitioning fully to our mobile-friendly website.

This change is separate from our PHN patient portal and will not affect your access to that application.

What does this mean for you?

  • You can access all service information directly from your phone or computer by visiting primary-health.net
  • The website is optimized for mobile and works across all devices

When is this happening?

The My PHN mobile app will be retired on Thursday, February 26, 2026.

Tip: You can save our website to your phone’s home screen for quick access, just like an app.

On iPhone (Safari):

  1. Open Safari and go to primary-health.net
  2. Tap the Share icon (the square with an upward arrow) at the bottom of the screen
  3. Scroll down and tap “Add to Home Screen”
  4. Adjust the name if you’d like, then tap Add
  5. You’ll now see the Primary Health Network icon on your home screen — tap it anytime to access our services

On Android (Chrome):

  1. Open Chrome and go to primary-health.net
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner
  3. Select “Add to Home screen”
  4. Confirm by tapping Add
  5. The website will appear on your home screen for easy, one-tap access
