School Based ClinicsGeneral Information:Health Shoppe is conveniently located within the Farrell Elementary School and serves students in grades Kindergarten through twelve and pre-school aged children who attend John Hetra Child Development Center. This location eliminates the problem of finding transportation and saves time so that parents don’t have to leave work to take children to appointments during the school day. It also means less absenteeism for students, and timely health care should there be a minor emergency or illness, since healthcare is literally just around the corner. In order to access services, a consent form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for each child under age 18. Our confidential services are available to students, staff and their families in the Farrell Area School District. PAYMENT INFORMATION Some services are covered by insurance, however, care is provided at a reduced rate for those patients without insurance. Proof of income is required.
