The Primary Health Network currently is seeking the following provider positions:

Optometrist Full time position to work in Hermitage, PA. Requires an Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry and a valid license to practice optometry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Psychiatrist 2 Full time positions available:
Altoona Behavioral Health Center, located in Altoona, PA
Beaver Falls Behavioral Health Center located in Beaver Falls, PA
Both these positions requires applicant to be a graduate of an accredited medical school and psychiatric program. Candidate must be board certified in Psychiatry and have a valid license to practice psychiatry in the Commonwealth of PA.

Candidates must be adherent to Joint Commission, HIPAA, Performance Improvement and compliance policies. Successful candidates must have good organizational, computer and communication skills.
