Your Role in Your Care
Knowing that quality,technology and patient centered care go hand in hand we are growing and changing to meet the needs of our community. With this in mind, care is practiced as a partnership between the doctor and patients. Your active participation, as the patient, is encouraged to help provide you with the best care possible. As the patient, we would encourage you to communicate more openly and frequently with the care team. Your voice and input is a vital part of providing whole patient care.
Our providers emphasize preventive care such as immunizations, and preventive cancer screenings. We will inform you of your test results, normal and abnormal, to help ensure you're receiving the best possible care. We will help coordinate care from specialist appointments as well as hospital and ER visits, as well as help arrange follow up services you may need. This leads to better communication and less fragmented care between visits. To allow for more convenience to our patients we use open access scheduling; which means you can call and get an appointment scheduled the same day. These appointments can be used for anything from a physical to a sore throat.
