 Bio for Anthony Elisco, DO Dr. Elisco provides family medicine services at New Castle Primary Care. He has been affiliated with PHN since 1993. Dr. Elisco earned his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine, Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his internship and residency training at Green Cross General Hospital, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Dr. Elisco is board certified and a fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathic Surgeons.
