Bio for Ramchandra Tata, MD Ramachandra Tata, MD joined PHN in October of 2004 to provide a neurology clinic at New Castle Primary Care. Dr. Tata is board certified in both neurology and electrodiagnostic medicine. He earned his medical degree from Andhra University in India. Dr. Tata completed his internship in internal medicine at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn and underwent residency training at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, NY. He also did a fellowship in electrodiagnostic medicine at North Shore University Hospital affiliated with Cornell University. Dr. Tata has active staff privileges at Jameson Health System, Grove City Medical Center and Ellwood City Hospital. Practices:
