Dr. Providence provides internal medicine services
for Primary Health Network .
He joined PHN in October 2011.
Dr. Providence received his medical degree from
Saba University School of Medicine, Netherlands-Antilles, Saba, and he completed an internal medicine residency
at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Youngstown, Ohio.
Dr. Providence has medical staff privileges at UPMC Horizon.

Primary Health Network accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Cares, Commercial Insurance, Private Insurance, W/C, and Auto Accident Insurance.
