 Bio for Andrew K. Cole, MD Dr. Cole provides family medicine services for New Castle Primary Care. He joined PHN in July 2009. Dr. Cole received his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, Washington. He completed a rotating internship and then his residency for the Youngstown Hospital Association (now Forum Health) in Youngstown, OH.
