Mary Pollock is a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner who provides family health care services for Primary Health Network. She has been affiliated with PHN since January 2008. Mary received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania and earned her Masters Degree from the Joint MSN program for Family Nurse Practitioners from Clarion, Slippery Rock and Edinboro Universities.

Primary Health Network accepts most major insurances including Medicare, Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicaid, Medicaid Managed Cares, Commercial Insurance, Private Insurance, W/C, and Auto Accident Insurance.
