Leah Hmel, LCSW
Leah Hmel is a Licensed Social Worker who provides behavioral health services for Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in May 2013. Leah earned her Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown, Johnstown, PA and her Masters of Social Work degree from The University of Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh, PA.
Jeanne Yang, DDS
Dr. Yang provides Dental Care Services for the Primary Health Network. She joined PHN in February 2013. Dr. Yang earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery with a minor in Pediatric Dentistry degree from State University of New York at Buffalo (UB), Buffalo, NY and her General Practice Dentistry degree at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Newark, NJ.
William Schroeder, DC
Dr. Schroeder provides Chiropractic Services for Primary Health Network. He joined PHN in March 2012. Dr. Schroeder received his chiropractic degree from Pennsylvania Chiropractic College. He received his Bachelors Degree from the Penn State University and his Masters Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also maintains a private practice in Altoona.
